Hope and the Hips

February 20th to 22nd, 2026
$275 - Scholarship support is available for this workshop
Around February we may be hoping for the transformation into Spring, but the practice of yoga always gives us opportunities for change even when the world seems stuck. The frog (Bhekasana) and the lotus (Padmasana) are two poses that together can open our hips in the full range of the ball and socket joint. With one a back arch and one a meditative seated pose, together they also can bring balance to the mind. Working on these poses may be a challenge, but finding a way through the work opens us up to discovery and personal metamorphosis.
Scholarship support is available (and encouraged!) for this course. Please reach out to hello@riverstoneyogacenter.com.
