Yoga for Seasonal Balance

Saturday, October 5th - 10 AM to 1 PM

$45 Early Bird Registration, $55 After September 25th

Scholarship support is available for this workshop

According to yoga's sister science, Ayurveda, the Air element is predominant in the fall months. A season of transition, fall brings with it changes in the outer elements, like the weather, that impact the inner elements of the mind and body. Yoga practice can help to strengthen the Earth and Fire elements, balancing the Air element for overall wellness.  Join guest teacher Tracy Silberer, Level 1 CIYT, of Calgary, Alberta, for this unique workshop. Tracy will present a sequence of poses designed to create balance and wellbeing during this seasonal transition. Class will be followed by Chai and Chat, including a balancing medicinal ginger chai for all attendees and time to spend with fellow students and teachers. Chai recipes will be available to take home. Appropriate for students of all levels.
