Come play with Erin in our yoga lab and learn various ways to use a rope wall, a staple prop in Iyengar Yoga. The class will cover all categories of postures including standings, forward & backward extensions, inversions and restoratives. Class space is limited so sign up today!

Sadhana (n): the disciplined, devoted practice and study of yoga.

Designed for folks who are ready to expand their yoga practice beyond weekly classes, this course will introduce students to the full practice of yoga. This year's study sessions will feature a deep dive into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the foundational philosophical text of modern yoga, as well as a study of individual yoga poses and the deeper threads of physical practice. It will also include a philosophical and anatomical introduction to Pranayama (breath practice), and a monthly Pranayama practice.
