If you have recently been exposed to someone with an illness or are experiencing symptoms of any illness, please refrain from attending class in the studio. If you are within the 24 hour deregistration window, please contact the studio and we will return your class credit.




MASK POLICY
At this time, masks are not required to be worn in the studio, however an ongoing sense of safety and respect remains our top priority. Students and teachers are welcome and encouraged to wear masks anytime they feel necessary for their safety and comfort.
We reserve the right to reinstate our mask policy at any time, in accordance with CDC guidance. No refunds will be given as a result of changes in our mask policy.
COMMUNITY ETHICS
Please do not attend any in-person classes at Riverstone Yoga if you:

Have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19.

Easy Pace
A gentle class focused on cultivating wellness in body and mind. This class is for those with injuries or physical conditions, and students who need a moderately paced class.

Level 2
For students with an established foundation in Iyengar Yoga. General classes provide a challenge for those with experience, and include adaptations for those with limitations, allowing the student to progress at their own pace.

This level is for students with a minimum of 6 months consistent attendance in a Level 1 class, or by permission of instructor. Asanas (poses) are explored in greater depth, building strength, stamina and flexibility in both body and mind. Pranayama (breathwork) is
also introduced.

Level 1
For students who are new to yoga, or are coming to Iyengar Yoga from another method. Classes focus on building a strong foundation of physical poses and include an introduction to philosophy.

Level 3
Seasoned students can experience the depth of more intermediate asanas along with fundamental poses. An established understanding of the method, including a regular practice of Sirsasana and Sarvangasana or alternatives, is strongly recommended.

This level is for advanced students with a regular home practice of yoga. An established understanding of the method, including a regular practice of Sirsasana and Sarvangasana or alternatives, is required.

Steady practice is essential to learning and experiencing the benefits of yoga. Weekly classes provide an orderly, systematic progression of poses to develop each student’s strength, stamina, and understanding of poses both within a class and from one class to the next. We offer both Class Passes and Monthly Memberships to support your yoga study.

Our best prices on weekly classes! Monthly passes auto renew each month - no need to remember to purchase your pass or keep track of expiration dates.
Monthly memberships require an initial 3 month commitment.
Add additional classes at the same per class rate.
Memberships may be paused for up to 4 weeks per calendar year (in 1 week increments).
Includes 4 single class buddy passes per year.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are an excellent opportunity for new students and frequent practitioners alike. If you’re interested in getting started in yoga, individual instruction with a teacher can help answer your initial questions and prepare you for group classes. For all students, private lessons are an opportunity to focus on your unique goals and questions, or to address chronic pain, injuries, or other specific conditions.
