COVID-19 CODE OF CONDUCT

Your health and well-being, as well as the health and well-being of our teachers and staff, is our first priority. Riverstone Yoga Center is committed to following all statewide mandates and emergency orders, as well as recommended COVID-19 protocols from our local and state officials, and from the Centers for Disease Control. We have established the following guidelines for all teachers and students attending in-person classes or lessons in the studio:
Self-health assessment: we ask that teachers and students not teach or attend in-person classes if they:

are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or any illness, including but not limited to, fever, cough, or shortness of breath;

have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19,
-
have been exposed to any person who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19.
Please use the following guidelines to determine when you can return to class:
If You Test Positive for COVID-19 (Isolate):
Everyone, regardless of vaccination status:

Stay home for 5 days.

If you have no symptoms or your symptoms are resolving after 5 days, you can leave your house.

Continue to wear a mask around others for 5 additional days.

If you have a fever, continue to stay home until your fever resolves.
If You Were Exposed to Someone with COVID-19 (Quarantine):
If you:
Have been boosted OR
Completed the primary series of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine within the last 6 months OR
Completed the primary series of J&J vaccine within the last 2 months.

Wear a mask around others for 10 days.

Test on day 5, if possible.

If you develop symptoms, get a test and stay home.
If you:
Completed the primary series of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine over 6 months ago and are not boosted OR
Completed the primary series of J&J over 2 months ago and are not boosted OR
Are unvaccinated.

Stay home for 5 days. After that continue to wear a mask around others for 5 additional days.

Test on day 5, if possible.

If you develop symptoms, get a test and stay home.
We know these are tricky times to navigate, and we are committed to treating each member of our community with compassion and respect. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the studio.
This Code of Conduct is subject to change as the COVID-19 situation evolves. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in temporary or permanent prohibition from in-person or online classes, and in forfeiture of all remaining class or private lesson credits.
