REGISTRATION POLICIES
Class Passes: all regular class passes expire 13 weeks from the date of purchase. New Student Sessions expire 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Please plan ahead for known travel and class absences, as expiration dates may be extended only in the event of an unforeseen emergency or illness. Please contact the studio via email.
Memberships: all memberships require an initial 3 month commitment. After the initial commitment, memberships may be changed or canceled at anytime. Changes and cancellations can be made in your student account or by contacting the studio via email. Changed or restarted memberships require a new 3 month commitment. Class credits do not accrue or roll over from month to month.
Memberships may be paused for up to 4 weeks per calendar year (in 1 week increments).
Buddy passes may only be used for new students (existing students are not eligible).
Registration: we are a small studio and class sizes are limited. We recommend registering for class in advance. In the event that more people arrive for class than space allows, pre-registered students will be given priority.
Deregistration: if you need to deregister from class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for another student to take your place. If you miss a class for which you are registered, you will be charged a class credit. If you need to deregister for class within the 24 hour window due to an emergency or illness, please contact the studio via email, phone or text. For online classes only, students may deregister within the 24 hour window without being charged a class credit.
Refunds: no refunds will be given for unused classes.
